Annika taught elementary and special education for four years after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She brought her strong communication skills and passion for helping others to Journey Search Partners in 2024 and was recognized as a top-producing first-year recruiter globally that same year.
Annika jumps at every chance she gets to spend time with friends and family. She enjoys going on walks with her husband and mini-Australian shepherd, traveling, and going to sports events and concerts.
