Karl enters the recruiting industry and becomes a recruiting office owner after just 2 years.

Marc Gilker moves to the US from Canada, starts working as a recruiter, and falls in love with helping people find meaningful work.

Casey and Karl start a direct hire and executive recruiting office together, which quickly becomes a leading office worldwide.
2023
Inspired the team’s strategic approach to recruiting, Marc comes on board as a recruiter and quickly advances to lead recruiter.
2024
Marc joins Casey and Karl as a partner after an incredibly successful first year with the office.
