Karl enters the recruiting industry and becomes an owner of a recruiting office after just 2 years.

Marc Gilker moves to the US from Canada, starts working as a recruiter, and falls in love with helping people find meaningful work.

Casey and Karl start a direct hire and executive recruiting office together, which quickly becomes a leading office worldwide.
