Tracy Dodd

Tracy Dodd earned a double major from Northwood University’s Texas campus and spent nine years in accounting and finance before transitioning into recruiting, where she has specialized in accounting and finance talent for the past 14 years. She has consistently been a top producer at a national recruiting firm and successfully built and ran her own recruiting firm. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys cheering on the Texas Rangers, spending time on the golf course, traveling, and making memories with her daughter.
