1. Can you help me find my next job without my current employer finding out?
Yes, we can. We always maintain strict confidentiality when helping candidates find new positions.
2. Can you guarantee that you will find me a job?
We can’t guarantee that we currently have an opportunity that is a good fit for you. We can guarantee that we will work hard to present you with a position if one becomes available. Ultimately, getting hired is up to the company we would present you to.
3. Do I need to pay a recruiter to work for me?
No. If we help you get hired, the company that hires you will pay us.
4. When can I expect to hear back from you?
A good recruiter will always keep you in the loop and give you a good-faith estimate of when to hear back about next steps or the status of your application. If they are not doing that, they probably aren’t the real deal.
